Регламент работы
— Траст стремится к максимальной прозрачности и честности !
— Инвестор осознает все риски рынка криптовалют и их сверх доходность, а так же осведомлен о том что рынок обрушился на 80% в 2018 году, и держатели криптовалют стали долгосрочными инвесторами и только терпеливые смогли их реализовать с прибылью в 2021 году.
-Инвестор осознает волатильность рынка которая составляет в среднем +- 5% в некоторых случаях +- 30% в день, это значит что ваш депозит может подвергаться таким же колебаниям.
-Инвестор доверяет Трасту, задача которого сглаживать волатильность и увеличивать доход используя инструменты трейдинга.
— Все участники рынка работают с вероятностями никто не знает какой, будет курс биткоина, но некоторые из нас могут прогнозировать его развитие в отдаленной и ближайшей перспективе.
Депозит и Траст
1. Траст работает только от прибыли инвестора !
Нет никаких прямых или косвенных платежей за вход и выход в Траст.
2. Вся торговля и измерение прибыли идет только в USDT
3. Траст работает 50/50 от увелечения депозита на 30% !
Временного ограничения нет, мы можем достигнуть этого результата как за сутки, несколько дней, неделю, месяц или даже год. Трейдинг Траста прямо коррелирует с рынком, это значит на бычьем рынке мы зарабатываем быстрее, на медвежьем медленнее и еще медленнее на боковом движении рынка.
4. После увеличения депозита инвестора на 30%,траст останавливает торги и фиксирует прибыль.
Личное дело инвестора отставить свою долю в депозите или вывести в фиатные валюты или отдельный кошелек.
Пример: Депозит: 10 usdt, траст увеличил до 13 usdt, значит 1.5 usdt инвестору 1.5 usdt трасту.
5. Траст обязуется оповещать инвестора при достижении увелечения депозита на 30% , после замораживать весь депозит в USDT.
В течение суток должно произойти снятие профита Траста с депозита. После чего продолжается сотрудничество.
6. Пополнение депозита инвестором
Все фиксируется в USDT, за сутки инвестор оповещает об пополнении.
Пополнение не влияет на договоренность об процентной ставке в 30% и является личной инициативой инвестора.
Например: Инвестор зашел на 10 usdt , в моменте 12.9 usdt у нас, в 13 usdt мы готовимся к снятию профита.
Инвестор пополняет на 5 usdt в моменте больше 17.9 usdt, следовательно, у нас over profit 17.9 usdt и мы должны сделать вывод так как сумма более 13 usdt
Траст работает от первоначальной точки входа, следовательно, инвестору нужно дождаться вывода профита Траста и после уже пополнить что бы начать новый цикл.
7. Инвестор не имеет право вмешиваться в сделки, или самостоятельно трейдить на аккаунте подключенным к Трасту по API так как это нарушает стратегию и всю работу траста.
Штраф 5% от депозита в USDT. После трех нарушений мы в одностороннем порядке отключаем API инвестора от Траста, штраф 15% от депозита.
8.В случае необоснованного отключения API от Траста, инвестор выплачивает штраф 30% от всего депозита на момент отключения в USDT.
9.Категорически не рекомендуется повторять сделки, которые ведутся на депозите.
Траст может очень быстро входить и выходит из инструмента, может на определенной фазе рынка подключить торговлю ботами, резко включить “ручной режим “ и.т.д
Помните рынок криптовалют, работает по своим законам! Траст использует классические инструменты: Технический Анализ, Фундаментальный анализ, различные “классические” индикаторы, но так же использует свои уникальные методы и опыт в трейдинге криптовалютой.

10. Инвестор имеет право, отключится от Траста по API в одностороннем порядке, в случае уменьшения депозита на минус 70% в USDT от начальной суммы входа.
Помните что мы редко встаем в шорт-позиции и не торгуем с кредитным плечом, на спотовом рынке просто нет этой функции.
Стоит так же помнить что после 5 снятий по 30% (5 циклов когда мы достигаем доходности 150 % от депозита,в отдельных случаях можно рассматривать более рисковые стратегии).
Траст оповещает инвестора мгновенно в случае данной просадки депозита для того что бы он сделал выбор!
11. Инвестор после снятия первого или N-го профита имеет право в течение суток, отказаться от услуг Траста предварительно уведомив по мессенджеру или по почте.
12. Передача ключа API и Secret Key от биржи Трасту в мессенджере или по почте является согласием с регламентом Траста и подтверждением сотрудничества.
13. Юридическая сторона.
Инвестор держит средства на бирже, и на свое усмотрение может оплачивать налоги с криптовалют, все зависит от резиденции биржи и его гражданства.
Траст предоставляет услуги менеджмента и управления счетом, в настоящий момент
(март 2021) нет полного понимания как регулируется/не регулируется крипторасль для физических лиц.

14. Анонимные инвесторы. Траст готов работать с анонимными инвесторами при условии что 50% активов будет на биржевых счетах траста.Траст обязуется высылать по требованию торговый счет(statement) и уведомлять всех движениях в рабочем режиме.
15. Траст и инвестор рассматривают форс-мажор в особом порядке.
Сбой биржи, терминала, хакерская атака токена или биржи и.т.д
16. Траст обязуется мгновенно оповещать об возможных изменениях работы, стремиться в максимальному взаимопониманию и взаимовыгодному сотрудничеству.

There is no time limit, we can achieve this result in a day, several days, a week, a month or even a year. Trust trading directly correlates with the market, which means we earn faster in a bull market, slower in a bear market and even slower in a sideways market movement.
4. After increasing the investor’s deposit by 30%, the trust stops trading and fixes the profit.
It is the investor’s personal business to set aside his share in the deposit or withdraw it to fiat currencies or a separate wallet.

5. The trust undertakes to notify the investor when a 30% increase in the deposit is achieved, after which it freezes the entire USDT deposit.

6. Deposit replenishment by an investor
Everything is fixed in USDT, the investor notifies about the replenishment within 24 hours.
The replenishment does not affect the agreement on the 30% interest rate and is a personal initiative of the investor.
For example: An investor went to 10 usdt, at the moment we have 12.9 usdt, at 13 usdt we are preparing to withdraw the profit.
The investor replenishes by 5 usdt at the moment more than 17.9 usdt, therefore, we have an over profit of 17.9 usdt and we must make a withdrawal since the amount is more than 13 usdt
The trust works from the initial entry point, therefore, the investor needs to wait for the withdrawal of the Trust’s profit and then replenish it to start a new cycle.
7. The investor does not have the right to interfere in transactions, or independently trade on the account connected to the Trust via the API, as this violates the strategy and all the work of the trust.
Penalty 5% of the USDT deposit. After three violations, we unilaterally disconnect the investor’s API from the Trust, a penalty of 15% of the deposit.
8. In case of unjustified disconnection of the API from the Trust, the investor pays a fine of 30% of the entire deposit at the time of disconnection in USDT.
9. It is categorically not recommended to repeat transactions that are conducted on the deposit.
The trust can very quickly enter and exit the instrument, can activate trading with bots at a certain phase of the market, abruptly turn on the “manual mode”, etc.

It is also worth remembering that after 5 withdrawals of 30% each (5 cycles when we reach a yield of 150% of the deposit, in some cases we can consider more risky strategies) The Trust notifies the investor instantly in case of a given drawdown in order to make a choice!
11. After withdrawing the first or N-th profit, the investor has the right, within 24 hours, to refuse the services of the Trust, having previously notified by messenger or by mail.
12. Transfer of the API key and Secret Key from the exchange to the Trust in the messenger or by mail is an agreement with the rules of the Trust and confirmation of cooperation.
13. Legal side.
The investor keeps funds on the exchange, and at his discretion can pay taxes on cryptocurrencies, it all depends on the residence of the exchange and his citizenship.
